Pilates was recommended to me by a golfing colleague and I started regular classes with Julia three years ago. The difference it has made to my golf game is amazing. My body - in particular back, arms and shoulders - is much more flexible and my core strength has improved significantly. I can feel the benefit, not just out on the golf course but in the way I feel generally. Julia is an excellent teacher and I would recommend her to anyone interested in keeping themselves in good physical condition.
